By joining the Pumpkin Perks Club, you agree to the following terms:

📆 Billing & Renewal

The subscription is billed at £17.99 every 30 days to the payment method provided.

There is no minimum commitment – you may cancel at any time.

If a payment fails, a retry will be attempted. If it fails again, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

🎁 Monthly Book Credits

Each renewal grants you a unique code via email and member zone, redeemable for two books of your choice at no extra cost.

The code must be used within the current billing cycle and cannot be rolled over.

🚚 Member Perks

A 10% discount and free UK shipping are automatically applied to all other purchases during your active subscription.

No discount codes are needed; perks apply directly in your cart.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment only if:

You return any books received with your monthly code in perfect condition, and

You have not used the other member perks (10% discount or free shipping).

If you have used any of the perks, the value of the discount received and shipping fees saved (where order total was under £25) will be deducted from your refund.

All books redeemed as part of your monthly credits must be for personal use only and not for resale.
